All of the products we sell are brand new and therefore all come with manufacturers guarantees ( parts and labour or parts only, please ask about the product you wish to purchase if in doubt.)
PLEASE NOTE; DUTY MAY BE PAYABLE ON OVERSEAS DELIVERIES, WHICH IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Our prices are for deliveries based in the UK only (remote areas of the UK and Scotland normally incurr extra carriage charges. If you are outside of the UK or in a remote area please contact us before placing an order to find out whether we can ship to you and the extra cost involved.
3. Our anticipated delivery date after cleared effects is normally within 1 - 2 working days to most UK destinations. Remote destinations may, however, take longer. (carriage charges may vary to remote areas, if in doubt please call or email for a quote)
4. We will send you a return e-mail advising you of a dispatch day and delivery date wherever possible.
5. We will notify you of any delay in the processing of your order as soon as possible.
6. Correspondence, including invoices, will be sent to you via e-mail unless otherwise requested by you.
7. If in the unlikely event goods should not be received by you within 2 working days of placing your order please notify us immediately.
8. Our Terms and Conditions will still apply for items dispatched direct from our suppliers on our behalf.
9. All goods and appliances that are found to be damaged should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that a collection of the damaged goods can be organised and a replacement sent out. No collection or replacements will be carried out after the 24 hour deadline has expired.
1. Returns accepted within 7 business days from delivery. If you are not happy with your goods you can return the item to us. We must, however, be notified of any returns within 24 hours. The item must be in perfect condition and still have all of their packaging, booklets and fixings in tact. Once the item/s have been inspected by our warehouse a refund will be made to you. If you require us to pick up the goods a collection charge will be incurred.
2. Items received by you which are damaged or not working upon receipt can be returned to us. Again, we must be notified immediately of any such items. Upon notification from you a replacement will be dispatched and arrangements for collection of the faulty item will be made.
3. Items which become faulty outside of the 30 day period should be sent back direct to the manufacturer. In some instances, however, we can locate your nearest dealer so please contact us directly when we will advise you of the correct/best procedure in these rare instances.
In all cases of purchase please make sure that the product you order is the product that you require.
